The protection of privacy is a principle enshrined in Zimbabwe’s constitution. The Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act Chapter 10:27 contains the most provision on data protection. others, free from arbitrary state intervention and from excessive unsolicited intervention by other
uninvited individuals.
