The protection of privacy is a principle enshrined in Zimbabwe’s constitution. The Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act Chapter 10:27 contains the most provision on data protection. Privacy is a fundamental human right and it’s being embodies the presumption that individuals should have an area
of autonomous development, interaction and liberty a “private sphere” with or without interaction with
others, free from arbitrary state intervention and from excessive unsolicited intervention by other
uninvited individuals.

• Ask complying with all your requests unless there is a credible reason as to why we cannot
comply.

• Submit a complaint to the information regulator.
This version of the privacy policy replaces any preceding privacy policy provisions on our website. We
may occasionally update this Privacy Policy but when you use our platform the version of the Privacy
Policy posted on this page applies to you.
